These terms govern your use of DraftsNow (draftsnow.com and draftsnow.executiveworkbench.com), operated by Jan Velkey-Sølvberg. By purchasing a subscription, signing up for a free trial, or using the tool, you agree to these terms.
DraftsNow is a tool that turns messy call notes into professional follow-up emails using AI. It is intended for personal and professional use by individuals. It is not intended for automated, bulk, or programmatic use.
Access to DraftsNow is granted via a personal access token delivered by email after purchase or trial signup. Your token is your access — treat it like a password. You are responsible for keeping it secure. Sharing your token with others is permitted for personal use but not for resale or redistribution.
Tokens are valid for the subscription period purchased (one year from the date of purchase for paid subscriptions, seven days for free trials). After expiry, a seven-day grace period applies during which the tool remains accessible. Access is disabled on day eight.
DraftsNow subscriptions are billed annually. The current prices are:
Payments are processed by Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You will receive renewal reminder emails in advance of your renewal date.
We offer a 14-day no-questions-asked refund from the date of purchase. To request a refund, contact us at support@executiveworkbench.com within 14 days of your purchase date. Refunds are not available after 14 days.
Each subscription includes up to 50 email generations per month. The limit resets on a rolling 30-day basis from your token creation date. If you reach your monthly limit, a message will appear prompting you to wait for the reset or upgrade to The Desk for unlimited generations.
Free trial tokens are limited to 2 generations and expire after 7 days.

DraftsNow uses Anthropic's Claude API to generate email output. The content generated is based on the input you provide. You are responsible for reviewing all generated content before sending it. We make no guarantees about the accuracy, appropriateness, or fitness for purpose of any generated output. Do not rely on generated content for legal, medical, financial, or other professional advice.
By using the service, you acknowledge that your input (call notes) is processed by Anthropic's API. Anthropic does not use API inputs to train their models. See our Privacy Policy for details.
You retain all rights to the content you input into DraftsNow and to the email output generated from your input. We claim no ownership over your content or generated output. The DraftsNow software, design, and brand are owned by Jan Velkey-Sølvberg and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without permission.
We aim to keep DraftsNow available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes to the service at any time. In the event of extended planned downtime, we will notify active subscribers by email where reasonably possible.
DraftsNow is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jan Velkey-Sølvberg is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to lost business, lost revenue, or reputational harm resulting from content generated by the tool.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for your current subscription period.
These terms are governed by the laws of Norway. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of Norwegian courts. If you are a consumer in the EEA, you may also have rights under the laws of your country of residence.
We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify active subscribers by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
